OTBI Graphical Analysis in Oracle Fusion ERP

Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) empowers organizations with powerful analytical tools to extract insights from their data. Creating Graphical Reports in OTBI

Before diving into graphical analysis, ensure you have the necessary permissions and access to OTBI within your Oracle Cloud environment and for this, you’ll need a user account with roles that allow you to create and view reports.

Create Tabular Analysis

Create analysis as it is already explain in post.

Choose Subject Area

We will choose again Payables Invoices – Transactions Real Time subject area as we did in previous post.

Select Columns and Configure Filters

We will include supplier and invoice amount columns as we will display top 5 suppliers based on sum of invoice amounts. Click gear icon on invoice amount column as shown in step 1 and choose edit formula and then choose sum under aggregate functions in step 2. Add “BY” clause in Column Formula and select Supplier column as per steps 3 below.

On supplier column, click gear icon and select filter. Then choose filter type as per step 2 and specify value as in our case it should be top 5 suppliers.

Adding and Customizing the Graph

Go to results tab and choose create views as per step 2 below. Then choose graph and then Pie Graph per step 4.
